Payment
Bionaid Ltd accepts payments online in GBP. Prices include VAT. Your account will be charged upon completion of the order on the website.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched through Royal Mail’s Tracked 48-Hour Parcel Service, aimed to reach you within two working days. Orders placed after 2PM may require an additional day for delivery.
Bionaid Ltd is not responsible for customs fees, delays, or other issues related to customs. We also do not take responsibility for local courier delivery times.

Complaints

Refunds

Right of Withdrawal
Products are only returnable if they remain in their sealed, boxed condition and unopened. Returns must be made within 14 days upon receiving return instructions from us.
